JavaScripted Tooltips
Here is a simple attempt at some JavaScripted tooltips. I expect there to be bugs when you have two “sticky” tooltips overlapping each other.

I will elaborate more, maybe with a guide or tutorial, when I have some time to properly release this as a finished product.(Consider this Beta 1) If you surf the CSS, JS, and XHTML sources you will realize they are straightforward to implement.
